Consultancy for bookkeepers and accountants

More time for advice. We take the recurring work off your hands.

A proven set of AI automations for bookkeeping firms and accountancy practices alike, inside your own private environment. We guide the firm every step of the way, from the Quickscan to daily use.

Waiting has become the risk. Staff are already pasting figures, payslips and client details into ordinary AI tools, and that is exactly where confidential information leaks away. The question is not whether the firm will use AI, but how it does so safely.

A working AI environment, fully set up and fully guided.

Your own private environment

An isolated environment with a local AI model, hosted in Europe. The data stays in the vault and never leaves the Netherlands.

A proven set of automations

For the real work of the firm: from client submissions and posting proposals to the VAT return and the draft annual accounts. Live in three phases within three months.

One environment, two roles

The bookkeeper does the accounts, the accountant performs the engagement. Both work in the same vault, with the permissions and the audit trail that go with it.

A Quickscan first

A concrete report showing what it delivers, which automations we switch on and where custom work is needed. No commitment and no obligations.

People stay in control

The AI makes proposals, not final decisions. Every conclusion is traceable to its source, and the firm signs off.

A lasting partner after go-live

Ongoing support, new automations and continued development, with a dedicated contact.

The result: considerably less recurring work, and more time to advise the client. The Quickscan makes the exact time saving concrete for each firm.

Three steps, fully guided.

Not an IT project. We walk through every step with you and remain your point of contact.

Quickscan and advisory report

We analyse your processes and data flows, from the client’s submission through to the tax return, and determine where a standard process is enough and where custom work is needed. You get a clear report with a menu of automations to choose from. No commitment and no obligations.

Setup and implementation

We build the automations you have chosen, set up the private environment, migrate the files and train the team. Phased within three months. There is nothing for the firm to do itself.

Live and continued development

The firm gets to work with a dedicated contact. We add new automations and keep thinking along. A partner, not a supplier.

No standard package that everyone gets. The Quickscan maps the processes, systems and data flows, and assembles from them a menu that fits the day-to-day practice of the firm, with proven process flows for bookkeeping and accountancy work and, where needed, custom work on your own processes. We deliver it block by block, phased within three months, and no phase goes live until you have approved it.

Proven standard flows for the firm

Ready-to-use process flows that have already proven themselves in bookkeeping and accountancy work, set up around your own templates, systems and way of working. You choose from what is on offer, in the order the Quickscan indicates.

Phase 1

The daily heavy lifting, straight away

Inbox triage and draft replies

Client email, submissions and questions sorted, with a draft ready for whoever handles the account.

Document intake and recognition

Purchase and sales invoices, receipts and bank statements read automatically and matched to the right set of books.

Posting proposals and ledger coding

A proposal for each entry, built from the same client’s earlier entries. The bookkeeper approves.

Chasing the client for what is missing

Which documents are still missing for the period, with the reminder to the client ready to send.

Preparing the VAT return

The return prepared, with the differences against earlier periods marked. The firm checks it and files it.

Phase 2

From bookkeeping to annual accounts and tax returns

Period close and reconciliations

Bank, VAT, receivables, payables and suspense accounts reconciled against each other, with the differences marked.

Building the file for the engagement

The documents gathered and ordered to your own file structure. The engagement itself is performed and signed by the accountant.

Draft annual accounts from your own template

The figures from the books placed into your own model, ready for review by whoever handles the account.

Draft personal and corporate income tax returns

The return prepared from the file, with the points of attention alongside it. The tax specialist reviews and signs off.

Support for client due diligence

Documents for Wwft, UBO and PEP checks gathered and signals marked. The firm assesses and decides.

Deadline monitoring

Filing deadlines for tax and for the Chamber of Commerce, and the delivery dates agreed with the client, all monitored.

Phase 3

Advice, knowledge and continued development

Management reporting and analysis

The period figures compared against budget and last year, with the notable items called out and traceable to their source.

File assistant

Ask questions of a single client file, with every answer traceable to the document it came from.

Firm-knowledge assistant

Your own manual, work programmes and earlier files searchable across the firm.

Preparing the advisory meeting

A briefing note with the figures, the signals and the questions worth raising.

Client onboarding and engagement letters

A new client opened in a structured way, with the engagement letter drawn from your own model.

Tax and regulatory monitor

Changes in tax law and reporting rules flagged.

Optional: automatic document archiving, and draft time records and invoicing.

We deliberately keep Phase 1 low-threshold and low-risk. The Quickscan determines which flows are switched on, in what order, and which this firm does not need.

Based on the Quickscan

Custom work based on your own processes

Does the firm genuinely work differently on some point, or does the gain lie in something the standard set does not cover? Then we build that as well. The Quickscan exposes those points and puts them on the menu as separate building blocks.

Your own integrations

A connection to the accounting package, the payroll software or the tax and file system the firm already uses.

Your own way of working

A process that differs from the standard, translated into a flow of your own.

Your own software or portal

A tool or client portal for submissions, questions and signatures, inside the same private environment.

We deliver custom work block by block, on a monthly basis or as a defined project. Scope and price are agreed per firm on the basis of the Quickscan.

Includes every application you need and the private vault. What the local AI model costs depends on your use case.

Amounts exclude VAT. The Quickscan confirms the exact scope before anything is switched on.

Security down to the level of a single file.

Local model, isolated environment

End-to-end encrypted, on Secure Cloud Compute. Data never leaves the vault.

European-hosted, ISO 27001, GDPR-proof

No American dependency, no CLOUD Act exposure.

Human-in-the-loop

A person signs off on anything that leaves the firm or falls under an engagement: the annual accounts and the tax return above all.

A value model built from the ground up

Built up from the firm's own volumes and time savings per task, tested in the pilot.

Our goal: the whole firm confident with AI.

The technology is only half the story. With additional training and workshops we make every member of staff AI-literate, so the firm uses the tools with confidence and in the right way. From the assistant to the accountant.

Basic training for everyone

Working safely with AI, and recognising which client data may and may not go into the tools.

Workshops by role

Practical sessions, focused on the work of the bookkeeping team, the payroll team and the accountancy practice.

Ongoing guidance

New staff and new roles stay up to speed, well after go-live.

Start with a Quickscan.

In a short analysis we show what AI delivers for the firm and what it costs. No commitment and no obligations.
