Why not use one of the hyperscalers or self-host?
The hyperscaler problem
AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud are the infrastructure behind most of the software your team uses today. Powerful, reliable, and deeply integrated into how modern businesses operate. But they are American companies operating under American law. The US CLOUD Act means that regardless of which European datacenter your data sits in, US authorities can compel access to it. Your documents, your emails, your client records, all subject to foreign jurisdiction the moment they touch hyperscaler infrastructure. Sovereignty is not a physical location. The self-hosting problem

Yes. Nextcloud Mail inside your vault supports custom domains. You keep your existing email address and domain.
Yes. OnlyOffice is fully compatible with .docx, .xlsx, and .pptx formats. Your team can open, edit, and save Microsoft Office files without conversion.
Your data is yours. You can export everything from your vault before cancellation. We do not retain your data after your account closes.
Yes. The current nine tools are the foundation. Additional applications will be added based on user feedback. The suite will grow over time.
