We work in blocks of one month
At the start of each month we agree together what goes into it. A month is short enough that you can change direction after four weeks rather than at the end of a project.
The budget per month is fixed
One amount, agreed once, the same every month. What changes from one block to the next is the work we decide to put into it, never the price. So you know what a month costs before any of them start, and there is no open-ended project to run over.

How long does the QuickScan take?
One working day. You receive a clear advisory report and a proposal tailored to what we found.
Do we need technical knowledge in-house?

Where does our data stay?
Inside your own encrypted environment, hosted in Europe. Sensitive prompts stay on models running inside your vault and everything else goes to the best external model for the task, so your information does not leave your environment unless you allow it.
Can we stop after a month?
Yes. The work runs in blocks of one month and we agree at the start of each block what goes into it, so a single block is the shortest arrangement there is.
Who trains our team?
We do, as part of the work rather than as an extra. Practical training, hands-on sessions and complete documentation, so the people who will use it every day are the people who learn it.
